I have a 95 Z28 and my trans is starting to crap out on me. I want to change it over to a TH350 because I dont want to dump money into something that wont hold up to what I want to do later.

What parts would I need and what would I need to do to get this to work?

That conversion kit is the most conveluted thing i have ever seen. Use this as a good excuse to buy an aftermarket torque arm that mounts to its own crossmember. Weld a tab onto the front of your 4l60 e crossmember (approx 2x2) for the tranny mount, and use your stock driveshaft for now. Cake walk. That conversion kit is absolutely the biggest piece of **** I have ever seen just carry it to a good transmission man and let him do all the work!

 

I put my TH400 kit together myself but couldn't find a good kit for the LT1 to TH400 sorry if nobody likes that one just thought I'd help.
