Question What clutch should i get?

I need to replace my stock clutch. the car is a 95' Z28 with 62,000 miles. Also how hard is it to get the tranny out? Someone told me you have to losen the motor mounts so you can jack the engine up in order to get it out. Is this true???? Rather do it myself than pay an arm and a leg for labor cost. What clutch do you guys recommend. I got the 17x11's on the back which isn't helping the stock clutch when i launch.

Re: What clutch should i get?

The answer is going to vary. I have a centerforce dual friction and love it. You don't have to unbolt the motor mounts to get the tranny out. It is not really a hard job just a pain in the ***. Everything is straight forward and common sense. The only tricky part (at least it was for me the first time i did it) is the clutch fork. Contrary to what the chilton and haynes says, all you do is pull it toward the opening and it is disconnected. Maybe i read something wrong but i had the worst time with that thing. That was 5 years and 5 tranny pulls ago.
