Never heard of west coast converters, ive heard of edge alot though. Dunno if it means anything to you but name recognition is a big part of what i buy. I like buying name brands people know and trust.

Re: west coast coverters or edge???

west coast converters and edge are the same company. edge is the racing division of west coast converters. i know this because i am from simi valley and have personally dealt w/ both randy and andre. they run both companies out of the same machine shop in simi. the customer support is fantastic by the way. they are pretty famouse locally. whether u go w/ the west coast or the edge, i can bet the quality in worksmanship will be the same, but edge i believe is more for racing applications.

i love it. i haven't had any problems at all. andre from edge was awesome, his customer service was the main reason I went w/ edge rather than yank or another company. u should send him an email and ask him directly what the difference between the west coast and edge converters are.

i have a west coast converter waiting to go in, all i can say is it looks good, and it doesn't look like a remanned unit, it looks like it's new.
