welded 7.5 housing

anybody have the housing/tubes welded together ? any issues ? how long has it been welded ?

i had mine welded, and i'm wondering if i sould keep an eye on anything. i think its a good mod. helps keep it from flexing.

Its still a 7.5 rear, still has the same weakness. Its the ring and pinion that is the weak spot. You could goop 30 tons of weld onto the housing, it will still have a punny 7.5 inch ring. I have yet to hear of a failure due to housing flex at the tubes.
