Weird problem after clutch install..

I just got the LS7/LS2 clutch kit, new pilot bearing, stock replacement (01-02) master and slave cylinder installed, as well as did the drill mod. I've bled the living **** out of the system.

With the car off, I can bang through the gears fine.

If I put the car to ON, but don't crank it, it gives me the same symptoms as if the car were started and running.

With the car running, I can only get it into 1st, 4th, and 5th. I have to really push, with 2 hands, to get it into reverse. If I start in 1st and drive through it normally, it goes into every gear with little effort.

When I release the clutch pedal, it takes off smoothly with no chatter or problems. It engages right off the floor. With the clutch pedal in, the car doesn't move.

What could this possibly be? It really isn't making alot of sense to me, but I'm really stressed out and running out of time.

Solved! I'm guessing my skip shift was tuned out, because on a hunch I unplugged it and now, even running, I can get it in every gear except reverse. I'm guessing my reverse lockout is having some problems.
