Unhappy URGENT: Adjusting TV cable... what button?

I've seen you guys mention a button when talking about adjusting the TV cable but I can't seem to find that damn button? Anybody have a picture of it? I urgently need to adjust this

Sounds like the 2-4 band is toasted. Of course, you should check your fluid before condemning it.

How badly can tranny fluid affect the shifts... ? I guess the converter is making my tranny fluid hot as hell cause it thins out and i can barely check it when hot (almost invisible). I guess I need a better fluid. :S Gonna drain it and change it this week... any brands you recomennd?
