Up shims creek!

The delima

Trying to do the Gears.

Do not have stock shims or any shims to figure out the original shim spacing....can anyone tell me what I should do?

For what, the pinion or carrier shims?? I THINK my stock pinion shim was about .034. You dont need the stock carrier shims, just do some trial and error until the backlash comes within spec.
