Trap Speed - Rear Ends

Ok.. Here's my Question I have a modded 99 Z28 Convert M6

Im Trapping 115.. And I have the Stock rear end 3.42 Im comming Through the Traps right off the Rev Limiter in third Gear

If I go with a 4.10 Will my Trap Speed Decrese? I heard 4rth is the 1 to 1 ratio so Id wanna be in that comming through the Traps correct?

So Will my Trap Mph Incress with 4.10 or Drop off?

It would increase because you're higher in the RPM after every shift.

Re: Trap Speed - Rear Ends

3rd gear is 1 to 1, 4th gear is .70. You can improve trap speeds by doing this. You will not slow down.
