When I hit like 4-redline and hit 2nd... even if I ease into it. Its grinds 2nd!! WTF?!?! But if I drive normal no grinding? If I downshift into 2nd... no grinding... wtf man?! Is my tranny going? If I wanted to change my transmission because mine is failing. How should I go? Rebuild? Replace with the sameone from another TA/Z/whatever? Or go totally different tranny?

Is it really hard to do? Any steps or ideas on how hard it would be to replace my tranny with a duplicate.
