transmission mount help . . .

i replaced the transmission mount on my 1996 camaro z28 with an a4 transmission . i used a poly mount . i still have a real hard knock . when i floor my car . please help . i know this lt1 sect not drivetrain . but you are usally faster at responding . thanks

sounds like the torque arm bushing is bad to me or loose

torque arm bushing

how do i repair the torque arm bushing . thank you very much for any help . can i do it with just drive up ramps .
