Transmission mount

Does anyone know where I can get a new transmission mount for a '94 automatic? Which one do you reccomend. Part numbers would be useful. I'm not sure I want to go with a poly one or not - I've heard vibrations are horrible with these. Thanks.

Re: Transmission mount

If you don't want to get a poly, get an LS1 tranny mount. Stronger than the stock LT1 mount and no increase in vibes.

Part # 22174970

You will need to buy a nut for it....I went to NAPA and got one there.

Re: Transmission mount

Get the poly you'll never notice the vibe.. Well maybe slightly but it's not bad.. Yo'ull break the stock ls1/lt1 mount again..

Re: Transmission mount

Stock LS1 is not the same as the LT1 mount...it's harder rubber like the 1LE mount. I was cutting 1.60 60's on the LS1 mount without any issues. Considering he has no real power mods, I don't think he'll break it.

Yes, the LS1 mount is a direct bolt-in, You just need to pick up the nut.
