Transbrake For 4l60-e. Are They Available?

Have done the research, and know mechanics. I would like
to add a Transbrake to Vigilante 3000 stall., but can find no
manufacturers/dealers etcl. who sell them. Not TCI nor all
the other popular brands.
If anyone has some links for me I'd appreciate very much.
Also have seen nothing on this site...

I have read on LS1tech that one company makes them, and have the exclusive rights to them for now... I am considering it too, but people say it tears up the 4L60E...
