Trans and Rear fluid change

Time to replace the fluids in my tranny and rear. Need recamendations on fluids. Have never done this myself, so if anyone has a write-up on how to do it, that would help. Also, should i change the rear diff cover seal too?

there's a write up. I followed that, it wasn't hard at all, but you get messy. As for fluids everyone is different. I used royal purple. hope I helped n yes get the diff. seal too it's a good idea

Manuals like the T5 and T56 use Dexron ATF; old school manuals (T10, Super T10, Muncie, etc) use gear oil.
