Ok the car is a 2000 Camaro SS with a 6 speed t-56, and factory hurst shifter. Whenever I hard launch the car and get into the 5-6k range I cannot hit second gear as hard as I pull down on the shifter it just wont go, it also occasionally grinds really bad. It only grinds in hard shifts to 2nd and trying to downshift into first. Anyone know what the problem is? I have a Spec Stage 3 , Billet Steel Flywheel, and new hydrolics comming tuesday because i know the clutch is slipping badly. Could that be the problem? Just need to know if it is something else i should be concerned about while i have the trans dropped while doing the clutch install. Most my mods are in my sig. Please Help!!!
