Trans filter external

Has anyone installed an external transmission filter on their automatics? I was considering installing one and maybe installing an external cooler as well.

yes I have, I mounted it on the driver side where the front sway bar used to be. I have it being feed first, so no chance of fouling the stock and aftermarket coolers in the event of a trans failure.
