Tranny rattling

Hi, I have a 96 Z28. My issue is when my engine gets hot ( which is another issue) occasionaly I feel a vibration in the clutch or hear a rattling in the tranny. Any idea why the engine temp would be connected to this and/or how to fix it. Thank you.

motor gets hot=trans fluid gets hot. hot fluid =thinner fluid. thinner fluid=noisier trans. in my experience-t56 gets noisy as the miles go by. it is normal unless there is gear engagement problems or the synchro and blocker rings do not work anymore.
