Angry Tranny probs still....i'm out of ideas....i'm gonna push my car in the river

Alright heres the deal...my tranny is newly rebuilt with a brand new vigilante convertor...it worked beautiful for a while (about 5 months), then all of a sudden it would shift all screwed up...the speedo would bounce all over the place and the tranny would screw up....if i stopped and tried to go again it sounded like i was riding the clutch or trying to start off in 2nd gear instead of first...if i manually put it in first and shifted it, it would be fine till it hit about 50 in OD then it would be all over the place again. The tranny was taken out and went through again and the guy said it looked like the day he put it together he put new solenoids in it just in case they were sticking...so i send the convertor back to vigilante and they say it's fine and while it was there i got the stall adjusted to a 2600....so now everything is back in the car and it's fine for a month and then it does the same thing....the guy tells me it's the Vehicle speed sensor...i replace it and it's fine and doesn't happen again until yesterday....so i order a new vehicle speed sensor and the connector that goes into it to cover all my bases. The weird thing is that if i shut off the car and start it right back up it's fine for a while then it starts to screw up again. The tranny is not overheating (i have a gauge and a nasty b&m hi tek cooler), the fluid is not low i checked it. Any of you guys have any idea why this is happening.
