High Stall torque converter???

Hey, im looking to start the modification process, and Ive been using the hell out of the search engine on here. I have and 00 SS A-4 and ive read that i could really improve times with a high Stall torque converter. But there are different ones and ive read different people suggesting different ones for different setups. i have a stock car (Except K&N) and plan on a lid and loudmouth cat-back so what torque converter should i get?

Do you just plan on running a lid/loudmouth? Because if so, you could go with a slightly smaller stall. But if you plan on heads/cam spray, then you will definately need a bigger stall.
