Unhappy Tranny problems?

My camaro has been acting up lately. It feels as if it doesnt put as much power to the wheels as it used to. especially when launching. I do Have some miss on the low and high end, a header leak, and probably fouled plugs, and 02s, but the motor sounds as if it is wrapping up, just isnt going as fast. launching is the biggest difference. When i slow down to stop, the tranny emits a loud clunk into 1st gear when downshifting. Also my rear end seems to only be spinning one tire. I also notice the lag when turning too. Its a lot harder to fishtail. There are no sounds coming from thew rear end except a whining in revers, and sometimes a clunk when let off the gas.(Not sure if tranny or rear causes it) The only sounds from the tranny are the one mentioned earlier, and when cruising 55 mph or over, tranny fells like it is locking up, and it rapidly slows down. Didnt do these untill after header, motor mount install. Can anyone help? (sorry for the long post)

Well the main reason I say that is any one of those thing and a combination or them can affect transmissions performance so to make a good judgement on it those would need to be corrected first
