traction control question

Alright, i have a 2000 v6 with the a4 tranny and traction control. Im under the impression that if traction control is on, its like having lsd, except that it will cut power when traction is lost. If this is correct, is there any way to keep it from losing power so that i can "utilize" the "lsd"? Im thinking its not possible, and i searched but couldnt find anything related to this.

Re: traction control question

Traction control is not like lsd on these cars. lsd is like lsd. You either have it, or you don't. The TC just kills the throttle when it detects slip.

Re: traction control question

ok, then why do both wheels spin when tc is ON and only 1 spins when tc is off?
