this one says something about up to 3.42 gears , is it possible for it to handle 4.11 gears or is there any good convertor that has around 2800+rpm that can handle 4.11 around $400?

What they are trying to get at is that with 3.23 or 3.42s it will stall around 2800. With 4.10s it may only stall to 2200 or 2400.
For instance my LS1 with lid, loudmouth, and 3.23s. Put in an ST3500 Yank, it only stalled to 3000 or so at launch. Had it loosened up and it stalled to 3300 or so. Added heads/cam/boltons with the same gears and converter. Now it flashes to near 4000.
The very best thing that you can do is call a couple of converter manufacturers, tell them all your mods, and what your intended use is then shut up and listen. They will set you onto the right path.

If you are sincere about getting the best performance from your converter, the advice above is quite good. I prefer Coan or ATI for "custom" converters.
