Too Good to be True?

I was looking around and found this today

Ford 9"

Looks like a good deal. But I could be missing something here. How can a complete unit sell for this price. Whats missing am I over looking something here.

It's only the housing. It's not a complete unit. You still need all the guts.

still not bad though even if it is just the housing.. can buy it and save up to get the rest of the crap. All in what you wanna do. thats something I'd be interested in getting.. need more research though

Heres a complete unit minus the center section
RearEnd

I may go this route and just use the center section out of the 9" I've got. I can still save alot of $$ this route and have everything ready to bolt up.
