Throwout bearing gone bad

I am pretty sure my throwout bearing is on the way out despite only having 20k miles on it. When I push the clutch down to the floor i begin hearing a grinding noise, I can shift without hearing this noise its just when I push it down far.

I have a spec stage 2 clutch and I was trying to find the throwout bearing that came in the kit. Can you purchase them seperatly anywhere, a google search turned up nothing for me. And is there anything else I should check before ripping my car apart again... in the winter.

Thanks!

yea def sounds like the TO, now, i've called people like centerforce and asked them if they use any 'performance grade' throw outs with their clutches, and apparently they just use the oem ones...i had to replace mine in my Z after only a year of use, and no, i wasnt riding it!! but yea, i just threw a stocker back on, she seems to do the trick! still chatters tho...damn t56..
anyways, part #n4169....skf bearing

Does anyone know a good place to get one without getting raped?
Advanced wants $112 for one
GMPD wants $120 + shipping
