My options were pretty limited because of the obd1/high stall curse. Either I had to switch to an obd2 computer or switch to a 700r4 tranny. I went the tranny route. Problem is, now I can't get the tranny to shift under full throttle. I've changed the govenor 3 times and played with the detent cable. Is there something else I can do or is there something else I'm missing?

wow i feel bad for you man. A simple PCM reprogram would have solved the problem

 

I have one of Ed Wright's programs (fixes) but it didn't work on my car. Now that was over a year ago, is there a current fix and who has it? I have no problem switching back to a 4l60e, in fact I would prefer to switch back.
