think i messed my clutch up

Taking my car for a spirited ride, when i shifted into second from 3rd, just reved up and locked me out of every gear, then i coasted turned it off and then put it in gear with a strange ticking noise coming from the tranny, a very fast repetive ticking noise. will not move so have to have it towed to a friends house.
so my question, is it the flywheel or the whole tranny?
will be pulling tanny soon any advice?

When it's running will it go into gear? If it does, when you let the clutch out does it not move at all, you rev it and it just revs like in neutral?

when u put it in any gear, let the clutch out, it will not move, it just makes a ticking noise, when in gear.

Have you been able to work on it yet? Sounds like you burnt the clutch up and possible the ticking noise is the clutch and PP rubbing.

yep took it all apart it was the pp, totally twisted the middle section out and broke the pp in half. Ordered a mcleod st, should be in shortly, when i get a camera ill take pictures of the destruction.
it looks like the throwout bearing got jammed in the flexplate, and i had to pull the clutch fork out to get the tranny out is thi normal?

Yeah, that's normal. The TO bearing is part of the PP.
