Are these transmission coolers basically the same?

I was all set to get a Tru-Cool 4490 tranny cooler 12"x11"x3/4" or a B&M thats 11x6x1.5" which those 2 seem to be the most popular and are the bar/plate design rather than the tube/fin design.
I go up to the local auto store to see if they can order either of the 2.. Well they carry Hayden, and they had 3 models that are bar/plate design, and they look exactly like the Tru-Cool and B&M (Tru-Cool makes the B&M) they even had the exact same bracket made onto the cooler as the TC and B&M.

So I just bought the Hayden 679 it is 12x11x3/4" It was also the same price as the other 2 forementioned ones.
Are these actually all the same cooler and any big differences? Or should I have held out for a B&M or TC?

The bar plate design is better, but even the tube fin design works very well... I don't think there is any big difference between the brands...

A trans cooler is one of the few mods I've done to my Z...

I put a tranny cooler on my truck.......just a tube fin design.

The next time I do that to my next vehicle it will be with a tranny cooler that has a thermostat and bypass built in - so as to not allow the oil to get too cold.
