TH350 conversion complete now car wont start

when i started the TH350 conversion i knewi had a bad starter so i replaced the starter since it had to come out anyway. with everything reasembled the car will not turn over or click. when i put the TH350 in i also replaced the shifter with a hurst quarterstick, this is where i think the problem is. i hook up what i thought was the neutral safty switch but up i not sure if it is the right one because the car still wont start. so does anyone know which color wires are for the neutral safty switch. any help would be great thanks.

Look on the old shifter, find the switch. Then, look near the console area for a plug and harness that would fit it.

You've just found your wires.

Now, use a paperclip or a piece of copper wire to jump the harness connectors. If it cranks, then your Hurst switch is DOA. If it doesn't, well.. you have other problems.
