Tailshaft bearing

Anyone had any experience with them going bad and causing a vibration, I have been chasing a vibration for weeks and think i have found it. My slip yoke will move up and down about a 1/16 of an inch think it might be causing a high speed vibration. What has to come apart to get the bearing out?

Re: Tailshaft bearing

It's not a bearing, it's a bushing. Not sure what's involved in pulling the tail housing.
