Can someone please direct me to one ? Im going to be swaping my A4 to a m6 
and I need some guidance. especially where to cut the hole for the shifter...Is there a template I can print ?

I used the shift boot as my template. It is a little disconcerting cutting the hole but cut it a little small and once the tranny is in place you can always make it bigger if need be.
edit: do you still have both cars in your sig? look at the 5 speed floor and put it in the same place.

I was thinking about doing that with the shift boot. I got one out of a t5 at a junk yard...is it the same as the t56 ?
and I did find a write up if anyone wants one !
