T56 Swap in progress - need a little help on wiring

I bought this reverse lockout pigtail and I've been reading and reading . I know that one wire goes to D6 on the pcm and the other wire goes to a switched 12V source.

Which wire goes to D6 and which one to 12V?

Neutral safety switch. Where are the wires that have to be connected to the clutch pedal? I understand that polarity doesn't matter just need to know where the wires are coming from.

Shoebox has the stock 95 LT1 wiring diagrams:

http://shbox.com/1/1995_pcm2.jpg

That shows pin "A" in the connector, with a light green wire connected to pin "D6". Pin "B" in the connector is a brown wire that runs to fuse #6 in the underhood box.

Your link shows "Item removed or no longer available".
