T56 Rebuild

Need some suggestions. I recently bolted up D1SC to the Stroker and find myself with 525rwhp and a 4,300lbs car The Spec Stage 3 and pilot bearings held up, but the last inch of the input shaft did not...SNAP! I suspect the used 96 Z28 T56 I had rebuilt 2 years ago could not take the torque.

So I'm in the search of T56 specialists that can make sure this doesn't happen again. I live in Atlanta area. I did find T56rebuilds.com in TX but was hoping there was someone local. The trany is already out.

Thanks in advance.

Rockland Standar Gear. www.rsgear.com
These guys are the best, in my opinion. They can do anything you want to the trans.

Might also try Jennings Race Performance:

They're building one for me right now....the price is right and Chris has been great to work with.
