does anyone know the gear ratio's in a t56 also i heard there are a few different ones out there how can i tell what t56 i have its in a 1995

All 94-02 F-Body T56's have the same gear ratios. Only the 93's had two different sets. You can find the ratios on the 4th Gen FAQ:

The LT1 T56 (93-97) is not interchangeable with the LS1 (98-02) T56, due to differences in the clutch setup and the input shaft.
