T56 help!

So I noticed tonight when i push the clutch in close to the floorboard it starts to make a really nasty grinding noise. I can push the clutch enough for the catch point and it shifts fine but when i go past the catch point it makes that noise. Any ideas on what it could be? Car has about 140,000 miles and about 20,000 on a new clutch.

Maybe pushing the clutch fork so far that it hits the pressure plate? Maybe could happen if the fork's T bolt pivot is backing out?
