T56 Fluid Capacity?

I have had VERY good luck running RED LINE D4 ATF in mine. Red Line is one of the best synthetics money can buy. This fluid not only protects at very high temps and is known for its low temp shiftability, it is also GL-4 approved! I usually buy 4 quarts and a pump. Level the car and wait for fluid to come out. It comes out to be just under 4 quarts. The first time I changed it I felt a dramatic improvement in shift quality. Noise decreased too, although the usual clutch grinding noise found on alot of 4th gens still remained.
