T56 Experts! Need help!

Where the hydros go to the bellhousing, there is a ~2" spacer. Is that all thats there? We can't get the bolts onto the studs because there is so much pressure. Can someone help? Thanks!

-Rippin

EDIT: I don't want to just force it on. Won't the nuts just tear the plastic apart if there's that much pressure?

You need to compress the slave cylinder with your handle or push the slave down onto the clutch fork. The pushrod on the slave cylinder will go into the slave and give you clearance to tighten the nuts down on the studs. The plastic will not rip,....
