Is a T56 3-4 Syncro Assembly Easy to Get At?

I think from my shift problems that I may have a damaged blocker ring when I shifted from 3rd to 4th. If it is only that, is that a part that is easy to get to with the front cover off the tranny?

I just would like to have some good news that I don't have to tear down my whole tranny without having to do pressing of bearings and gears (don't own all those tools).

Thanks all,
Ben

It's not too hard but you do pretty much have to take most of the tranny apart. The 3-4 gear is right in front but the countershaft gear for 4th wont allow the syncronizer assembly to pull out so you have to remove the countershaft and the reverse gear, 5/6 assembly to allow the output shaft to move so you can get the countershaft out.
