T/A cover and stud kit worth it???

This spring I will have a set of motive 4.10 gears installed. I'm thinking that at the same time it might be worth it to install a t/a rearend girdle and stud kit. I haven't taken my car to the track nor do I intend to very often. It will remain on "street" tires at all times, probably firestone firehawks.

So my question is, should I bother spending $180 on a rearend girdle and stud kit or should I save my money? My goal for the car in the near future is 300RWHP and by the way it's a M6.

Thanks

This spring when my 4.10's go in, I'll be putting on a t/a girdle and stud kit as well...

Sometimes you can find the girdle and stud kits on the for sale section for a good price. Or you can try for a GP. I got mine from Summit. It was $140 for the cover and the stud kit. The only difference between mine and T/A girdle is what name is on the outside.
