T-56 Troubles

Ok, I have a 95 T-56 (bought it 3 months ago) and I didnt replace the clutch and when i inspected it looked good, but I was unfamilar with the t56 and I noticed the throw out bearing was kinda hanging on the tranny, I didnt know there is a rod to hold it so i put fork on and tested, seemed ok.

Now I just test drived the car, when I put the clutch all the way down I hear a rwwwrwwwwrwwww, like the throw out bearing is touching the PP pretty bad.

My shifter also doesnt jump to the 3-4 position when i take it out first and put it in neutral, its a brand new t-56 PRO 5.0. The previous stock shifter did the same thing.

Now my last problem is I can't shift into 2nd, it will pop out and if I hold it in it will grind second gear. I can go in 3rd and 1st just fine but its real high thanks to the throw out bearing being goofed.

Is this all because of the bad clutch setup? I really hope I don't have a bad t-56. Thanks.

Oh forgot to mention the master and slave cylinders are leaking fluid, already ordered a new one from gmparts. Anyone have any ideas on this one? I just pulled the tranny out and while its out is there anything I should check or could this problem be from bad hydraulics + throw out bearing?

I dont want to sound impatient, but I got the tranny out and the clutch arrives tomorrow and the clutch is going back in, I really want to think its just the hydraulics and bad throw out bearing but if anyone can just tell me something I can double check in the meantime, that would be great, thanks.

Was just checking out the t-56 manual, could this be the shift detent assembly not pushing the fork back to the 3-4 position when I put it in neutral from 1st/2nd and 5th/6th?
