t-56 swap questions about gear ratios

hi,
kinda off topic for 4th gens however im thinking about putting a t-56 lt1 version into my 1996 dodge ram 1500. it has a 318 5 speed 2wd right now. however the trans it has from the factory "nv 3500" arent very good. question is, the gear ratios. i use my truck for pulling things here and there. the gear ratio for the 3500 goes like this
1st 4.01
2nd 2.32
3rd 1.40
4th 1.00
5th 0.73
R 3.55
and the t-56 is
1993 = 3.36 2.07 1.35 1.00 0.80 0.62 (std)
1993 = 2.97 2.07 1.43 1.00 0.80 0.62 (G92)
1994+ = 2.66 1.78 1.30 1.00 0.74 0.50

wondering how hard would it be on the clutch manly 1st gear trying to use the truck as a truck.if i used the 93 trans i dont think it would be all that bad. most of my heavy pulling nowadays would be with my dads 6.0 powerstroke. what do you guys think?
i can get the bellhousing adapter from summit,and not sure what i would need to do for a clutch/hydros/and shifter. i have a hydro setup now,just have to convert it to a camaro slave i assume. and obviously build a new cross member. i cant remember what gears my truck has,but im thinking 3.42.or 3.73. we ordered it from the factory. thanks alot for your input.
