I am at a loss at what your asking..are you asking how to remove the T56 from the motor you just pulled. Or is it still in the car....

Still unclear - you pulled the motor, and pulled the tranny with it, but the tranny is still in the car?

Or are you saying that sometime in the past, you have experience pulling the motor and the trans TOGETHER, but this time, you want to pull the trans first?

Re: t-56 removal help

You'll need to remove the shifter, unplug all wiring harness to the transmission, disconnect the torque arm mount from the tail of the transmission. You can pull the transmission forward to disconnect the driveshaft; I would suggest removing the entire driveshaft first as it will make it easier to put the drivetrain back together later.
