Question synthetic gear lube

Hi guys, just purchased another z28,this time 1996 m6,question , what synthetic gear lube should be used on m6 tranny,Thanks for any help.

Do NOT use synthetic gear lube of any kind! Just regular ATF III will do it, but make sure it is mineral based.

I had Castrol ATF III, which sucked, was hard to shift and grinded a lot.
I'm using Liqui-Moly ATF III with great results!
