Street twin real spongy after motor rebuild

I just finished rebuilding my new motor and after reinstalling my street twin it feels real soft and spongy. Nowhere near as stiff as it used to be and I bled the **** out of it. It also engages in a real short distance. I barely have to push in the clutch and it disengages. I even took that platic cup that goes on the end of the slave cylinder push rod to see if that would help and it didn't. THe clutch wasnt resurfaced or anything and everything was bagged and tagged and marked when I took it off. The clutch had less than 10k on it. Any ideas to get it back where it used to be?
