Lately i've been having this problem with my clutch pedal in my 99 camaro. It's a 5-speed, and when i push the clutch in to change gears, every so often the pedal will get stuck. It's like it almost stays engaged, but not quite. Then if i tap the pedal or engage it again, it will sometimes pop out. I don't know if this is a sign that i need a new clutch or if it's just the pedal itself that is too tight or something. Help. I brought it to get looked at at the shop and they said bring it to a transmission place. What should i do?

 

check for clutch fluid it sounds like its empty
