Steering wheel not aligned from bent rear?

So I've slowly but surely replaced and adjusted things one at a time, but the car is still goofy. I tried to get an alignment but the guy just came out and showed me that my rear is bent or something causing the pass/rear tire to stick out a bit outward like it was making a right turn and the driver/rear tire going in the same direction.

What can be bent or make the rear sit like it's bent? Should I buy some adjustable lower control arms and have the driver set back more, or something like that?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused on what to do next.
