If I set my lock-up speed below what my converter stalls at will it still lock-up? Say I have a 3k stall and tell the pcm to lock up my converter at 40mph at 10% Throttle position. Will it, even though I will be cruising below the stall speed?

Isn't stall speed and lock-up similiar?
