thinking about getting a stall for my 94. what do you guys think i should go with. vigilante, tci, etc. what kind of stall speed would be the best for my car. mods are in my sig. thanks guys. this is going to be a daily driver so keep that in mind.
Re: stall
Vigilante all the way, that is what I run and man it took almost 3/4's of a second off of my times at the track. I do have a higher stall though 3200 but I have a little more work done to the car. I would say the 2800 stall though for you. Good Luck
Re: stall
10.5" 3200 ProTorque. I went 12.82 @ 106 MPH with mine behind a completely stock LT1.

Re: stall
i think i am going to go with a vigilante 2800. i noticed on thunder racing they have a single disk, 3 disk, or 5 disk torque converter to choose from. which of those should i get. with the single disk you could get a package with the trans go shift kit. you guys think i should do that if the single disk is good for me.

A 12.82 on a stock LT1! I should have made a converter my first upgrade. Frank, I have a question for you also.. I planned on having my tranny done by you this spring/summer. If I was to order the ProTorque converter along with the tranny rebuild, is there a discount on the converter?
