Spohn Torque Arm

I hope this topic belons here....

I just got a Spohn Torque arm that has the clearance for Long Tubes. I haven't had a chance to install it yet, but I was told that with my car being lowered, I will not be able to install it. Is this true? Does anyone else have the Spohn TA with Longtubes allowance and have the car lowered?

Or if you have the TA with the non-longtube version, do you have clearance issues?

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, my front end is lowered quite a bit, and my LT crossmember scrapes on a lot of things. I can't even get it on a drive-on style lift without it hitting. I had zero clearance problems with the normal crossmember.

So with the normal sphon TA (non Long tube version) u had no issues?
I don't intend to go with Long tubes so I may be considering trading the crossmember piece for a non longtubeversion.

I still have my old one laying around (non long-tube). If you have the rod-ended version, i'd be willing to work something out. I'd sell it to you for much cheaper than Spohn would, I can't really think of what I'd do with an extra long-tube crossmember.

Edit: Absolutely no issues whatsoever.

I will definetly think about it. So I guess there's no chance you'll just trade for the long tube version? Do u have a price in mind? and does it come with the driveshaft loop?

edit: and by no issues, u mean with the long tube version or the non long tube? and was/is ur car lowered?

Well, I would have traded a while ago, but I bought the new crossmember from Spohn. I really have no need for a 2nd crossmember, and I've been trying to get rid of this one. He charged me like $125 for the thing, plus shipping. Just so I could get rid of it, I'd say $45 + shipping. Yes, it has the driveshaft loop. Also, I dunno what color yours is in, but mine is powdercoated red.

Edit: as stated in my first post , the non-long-tube one had no clearance issues, and my car is very much lowered in the front. The long tube one is real bad with my lowered car.
