This sound like bad syncros or something else?

This sound like bad syncros or something else?
As of just a week ago, I have noticed 3rd gear likes to grind going into gear. This doesnt happen driving around town but only if I get the RPMs up over 3k. Im guessing syncros but what do you all think?

Mine did that, had it rebuilt pretty sure it was the synchro for it. I bought the D&D kit with upgraded fork a few years ago and haven't had any problems.
