Slp Limited Slip Differential???

I was wondering if those SLP limited slip differentials are any good. I mean instead of buying a 12 bolt - coud I just get away with this. They sell them in summit and said there for high horsepowered applications. I just wanted to run slicks and launch at a high rpm without worrying about the rearend breaking. It would be allot cheaper then a 12 bolt rearend. Would this hold up to a 600rwhp car???
