shutters when clutch applied

recently i had the t56 rebuilt in my 95 camaro, at this time the flywheel was turned. ever since then every time i let the clutch out the vehicle starts to shake severly untill i get moving. also while i am driving i want to shift from 3rd to 2nd gear when i let the clutch out i get a shake. could this be a possiblity i would need a new flywheel. if someone has a clue i would greatly appreciate it
